Our client is seeking a Business Experience Architect to originate, qualify, and close new opportunities across the full range of their services, including revenue growth, digital strategy, marketing, intelligent human experiences, and commerce. The ideal candidate will possess the perfect combination of experience, domain, and EQ to build high touch, long term business relationships based on trust, transparency and results.
Title: Managing Director “MD”, Senior Business Experience “BX” Leader North America
Location:We are searching for multiple MD – Business Experience Leaders. These positions can be located in several Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Midwest or Western cities including Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, LA, NYC, SF, Seattle, or Washington DC.
Background:Right now, an experience renaissance is afoot – one that is galvanizing companies to push beyond the Customer Experience (CX) philosophy and organize the whole business around the delivery of exceptional experiences. These experiences must respond to customers’ new, often unmet and frequently changing needs and enable them to achieve their desired outcomes. This is the Business of Experience (BX). Successful Business Experience transformation includes (1) ENTIRE enterprise (branding, marketing, sales, CX, customer service, loyalty, rewards); (2) EMPATHY (KPIs that show how well the overall experience was from the customer’s perspective); and (3) EMOTION (KPIs that measure the emotional connection to the brand was impacted by the most recent experience). Our client aspires to be at the core of their clients’ path to becoming a BX leader, and they already see the BX leaders today outperform CX- oriented companies in year-on-year profitability growth by 6X.
Work You’ll Do:Your mission is to leverage the complete range of services and solutions to ideate, create, and shape (often proactively) integrated experiences that allow clients to achieve growth, increase relevance in the eyes of their customers, connecting the power of human ingenuity, technology, and data.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Work with Industry leadership teams to develop new offerings and propositions that will power each industry’s unique growth & business of experience agenda
- Work Account Leadership at client accounts to identify and analyze potential value creation opportunities, creating the business case and developing the requirements to implement the strategy through a holistic, transformational approach
- Not only outline the vision and the journey our clients will go on towards becoming a Business of Experience, but also bring together, architect and orchestrate all the required capabilities and assets to make the journey real and achieve value in the fastest possible way
- Be a thought-leader in reinventing marketing and e-commerce experiences, and the power of ecosystem (technology, data) partners in driving success. Stay ahead of our clients on industry challenges, trends, solutions, economics and related qualitative & quantitative techniques for harnessing the opportunities of a changing world.
- Builds use cases to help demonstrate the value of BX to all stakeholders.
- Work across teams to tailor each Experience Transformation to the unique needs of clients, their customers, associates, and brands, while working to ensure that experience is scalable, repeatable, industrialized in core businesses.
- Work as an internal and external thought leader who understands the CX landscape and can define how BX is different, and its impact on future growth.
- Continuously imagine new experience-led opportunities for clients as their business and the world around us changes
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience selling $10-30M per year in a complex matrix organization
- Minimum of 15 years of professional services in digital business, eCommerce and digital marketing consulting to include developing large-scale strategy for global solutions forFortune 500 clients, including requirements definition and implementation
- History of driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the “C” level of companies across industries
- Minimum of 10 years working on multiple deals at the same time with multiple clients per week
- Minimum of 15 years of client facing experience with demonstrated experience as a proactive leader
- Knowledge of BX technology landscape such as Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, Oracle, Pegasystems, Workday, Microsoft, Medallia, Qualtrics, etc.
- Substantial expertise in several digital competency domains, while also having industry expertise in one or more target verticals including: consumer goods, media/telecom, automotive, financial services, healthcare.
- Thought leader who speaks and writes about how BX will impact the future growth
- Trusted advisor, and trusted implementers with executive presence
- Outstanding oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong presentation skills necessary to communicate, and persuade, a wide range of audiences
